New Financial System
Our financial system is based upon that which represents something of actual physical value. Our association issues currency based on tangible products or services produced by members rather that having these units of currency randomly issued by those who create money out of nothing. This is an important principle to keep our units of currency free from devaluation by over multiplication.

Family Production Unit
We are currently developing a new living system called a Family Production Unit (FPU). This system has three separate levels with a spacious living quarters for the family on the top level, a food processing system will be located on the second level and a livestock production system on the bottom level. This system is capable of producing energy and food and products needed to sustain a family indefinitely for generations to come.
FPU Purchase Patterned After LH in Korea
The South Korean government has a program where they are building modern and advanced apartment homes for their citizens. This is an excellent program which provides quality housing for people. Each tenant pays a large deposit and then they qualify for a reduced monthly rental payment that is lower cost than apartments built by private companies. After ten-years of leasing have been completed, then the tenant qualifies to purchase their apartment home at a reduced rate. The large deposit paid by the tenants provides investment capital for LH (Land and Housing) to continue to buy more land and build more apartment buildings on that land. The monthly rental payments made by tenants also provides a continual income for LH which is needed to cover administration costs and reoccurring expenses. Following this system allows for LH to be able to operate a “sustainable” building program to continually erect new apartment buildings thus providing quality affordable housing for their citizens.
The same principles that are being successfully employed by LH in building sustainable housing can also be applied to our own company which is to be set up as a stock company with the purpose of building affordable housing for our members. We however have an advantage because we not only provide modern and advanced housing like LH, but we also include a production system together with that housing. So that the system will produce a continual income for the tenants. It is this income which is utilized to pay for the cost of building the FPU Living System.
What we envision is to have our members made a large deposit (similar to how they would made a large deposit for LH). But this deposit will be in the form of our company stock purchase. The income from our company stock sales will be used for investment capital for building our FPU Living Systems. The cost of a FPU Living System is much higher than the cost of an apartment purchased from LH. However our system also includes a production system that creates an continual income. It is this income that can be utilized by each tenant to pay for the cost of their FPU. Once their FPU Living System is paid in full then their income can be allocated toward more stock purchase in our company. This stock purchase finances the continual expansion of our FPU Living System. This will have a “snowball” effect because the more FPU Living Systems our company builds the more income they will have for continual investment and expansion.
Member Franchise Holders
Rather than having each member work for our company as a wage earning employee, instead we will have each tenant operate as a “franchise holder” which means that they operate the production system under “franchise agreement” under contract with our company. One of the benefits of this arrangement is that our franchise member (tenants) will not have any taxable income or wages. Instead they will hold their wealth in the form of stock options which is not taxable income unless it is converted to cash.
But there is a method used by wealthy people to obtain cash for living expenses without cashing out their stocks (as taxable income). A good example of this is the method employed by Elon Musk and other wealthy people who do not pay income taxes.

The video above illustrates how a person can avoid paying taxes simply by taking out a loan on the value of the stocks which they own. If their stock value exceeds the loan interest they pay – then they can actually make a profit when borrowing money for salary or living expenses. While at the same time this money is not taxable as income because it is a loan (or borrowed money) not an income like a salary.
Under our financial system members hold their wealth in company stocks and if they need outside currency for international travel or other items, then our company can provide a cash loan (against the value of their stocks) in whatever currency they prefer. Our production system is designed to make all of our members become self-sufficient in energy and food and products needed to sustain human life (even during a disaster that can cause the global financial system to crash). So among the members there is a wide range of food and product production of many kinds. Members can utilize our barter/trade software in order to purchase what they need (which is produced locally among our members). If they need currency to purchase something outside of our system then our company can lend them needed outside currency by issuing a loan on the value of the stocks that they hold.
Barter Trade Software
Barter-Trade software allows people to trade locally for products and goods and services which are not tied to the centralized banking system, which provides them with freedom in many ways. One great threat to financial freedom is that of “liberal-cancelation” of those who disagree with their perverse liberal policies. The example of Justin Trudeau cancelling protestors in Canada (by freezing their bank accounts) is one example of how liberal government officials can cancel anyone who disagrees with them.

The 2022 Canadian government act (by liberals controlling government) shows what they can do if anyone resists their authoritarian rule (by forcing their dangerous and DNA altering COVID 19 vaccine on everyone to crosses the border). Protestors lost everything when their bank accounts were closed. Employers could not deposit wages to pay them and those who were self-employed could not deposit any payment made for services rendered. People could not make any mortgage payments to the bank on home loans so their homes were foreclosed by the banks and they become homeless. They could not buy fuel or food or clothing to feed their families. This is a real-life illustration of the results of being canceled by a liberal ruling party. Protestors were treated as criminals for refusing to take a false vaccine that was later proven to be detrimental to human health and had caused thousands of deaths worldwide due to this injection. It should be noted that thousands of professionals including doctors and health care providers were also fired from their jobs for refusing the dangerous COVID19 false vaccine. A coalition of over 17,000 doctors and physicians and scientists have testifies to the dangers and harmful effects of the COVID19 false vaccine.

However, if people could live outside of this financial system (controlled by liberals) then they could escape the danger of being cancelled. This cancellation can be employed against them at any time by liberal civil leaders. These liberal leaders seek to exert their authoritarian rule over citizens in order to force them to comply with their liberal mandates.

Our barter trade software will work for buying and selling products grown or created by our members locally and it is not open to satanic liberal cancelation used to punish anyone who does not submit to their demands. In fact, a time is coming when a godless one-world government will institute a centralized financial system, which they control and they will cancel anyone who does not comply with their demands. This will effectively reduce the entire world population into being “livestock” (which live or die based on the dictates of the one-world ruler). This is why were are building a refuge system in the remote regions of Siberia. Here we can create our own economic system and our own secure production system that is outside of the control of the soon to be one-world government.
