Elon Musk admits to being a “Cultural Christian” meaning that he acknowledges that Judeo/Christian principles of the bible are the essential foundation for building an advanced society. Even as a unbeliever Elon Musk is intelligent enough to understand that without biblical moral principles to govern society then that society will fall into chaos and anarchy and oppression just like communist or Islamic or liberal-run countries that produce nothing good but only oppression for their citizens. It is interesting that the smartest man on earth understands the need for the moral foundation of biblical principles because no society can operate in a beneficial manner for its citizens without these moral principles. The term “cultural Christian” means that Elon sees Christian Culture as essential for nation building and all Christian Culture comes from living by the biblical principles found in the Word of God – the bible.
Application: This is why we must place the moral foundation principles of God’s word the bible as first place in your nation building program because all society depends on such a foundation. Trying to build a society or civilization without a biblical moral foundation is like trying to build a tall tower on loose sand. It is doomed to fail from the beginning if there is no biblical moral foundation of God’s word (which defines what is right and wrong according to God’s laws).
Moral Foundation of God’s Word
Matthew 7:24–27 (NASB95)
24 “Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock.
25 “And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock.
26 “Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand.
27 “The rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and it fell—and great was its fall.”
Jesus compared building a house on a solid rock foundation to hearing his words and acting upon them. It is these biblical principles that are like a solid bedrock of support for even the highest tower. But the opposite is also true that if people hear the words of God but do not act upon them then they are like a foolish man who builds his house upon loose sand (without a foundation of support under it). Any society or nation that tries to build a civilization without a moral foundation of biblical principles will end up falling into complete ruination.
The entire Jewish Torah contains instructions on how to build and operate a nation. God brought the children of Israel out of slavery in Egypt under the leadership of Moses. God intended to create a new nation under God out of this group of former slaves and their descendants. God then gave Moses his laws which he recorded in the the Torah. It is these laws (given by the God of Israel) which continue to have application until today for building and governing nations. Those who follow these principles in nation building are those who are building upon a solid foundation upon the immovable rock of God’s word.
Do Not Forget God
The greatest downfall of the godless atheist and the godless liberal and godless communist and the false religions like Islam is that they are not worshipping the God of Israel – who is the only true God.
Isaiah 45:5 (NASB95)
5 “I am the LORD, and there is no other; Besides Me there is no God. I will gird you, though you have not known Me;
The scripture above is referring to King Cyrus who was not Jewish but a gentile king who did not know the God of Israel. But God said clearly that there was no other god besides himself. God empowered this gentile king even though this king did not know God. In the same way the God of Israel can also empower a man like Elon Musk to bring the world into a new level of technology in order to fulfill coming biblical prophecy. The main thing to note is that there is no other god except the God of Israel. Besides the God of Israel there is no other god.
Isaiah 46:9 (NASB95)
9 . . . For I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is no one like Me,
God again emphasizes that there is no other god and there is no one like him. This revelation of the existence of God is essential before humans can seek the Lord and utilize their human freewill to obey God and live according to God’s commands. Elon Musk is farther ahead than any atheist simply because he acknowledges that this universe did not happen by accident. Elon knows that there is a Creator and that Creator is God.
Isaiah 44:8 (NASB95)
8 ‘Do not tremble and do not be afraid; Have I not long since announced it to you and declared it? And you are My witnesses. Is there any God besides Me, Or is there any other Rock? I know of none.’ ”
There is no God besides the God of Israel and this fact has been repeated in a number of places. The thing to remember is not to forget God. This is exactly the problem with communists and Muslims and liberals is that they all forget God and replaced God with inventions of their own making. The communist says there is no God but they want the people to worship them as gods instead. The Muslims invented a god called Allah but they prove they do not know the God of Israel – the only true God.
Genesis 12:3 (NASB95)
3 And I will bless those who bless you, And the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed.”
It is the promised lineage of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob – to which the promise of God was given. It is the descendants of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob who are God’s chosen people – the Jews. God promised to bless those who bless the Jews and curse those who curse the Jews. The Muslims have never blessed the Jews but do quite the opposite when they curse the Jews and call for their destruction in any country worldwide. It is this reason that Trump is trying to stop Muslim-controlled Iran from obtaining a nuclear bomb because these Muslims would not hesitate to use it on Israel. Muslims would also not hesitate to use a nuke on the USA because they hate the US for supporting Israel. The Muslims chant “Death to Israel” and “Death to the USA” for this reason. Only Muslims have no qualms about exploding a nuke because they have a religion based upon suicide and martyrdom and death. They would not mind blowing up the whole earth because they believe they would go to Muslim heaven amidst this nuclear inferno. They cannot be allowed to have a nuke because their religion is suicidal in nature and they would be happy to blow up the whole earth for this reason.

God the Creator

Above Elon Musk states that he believes in the Creator God because the universe had to come from something. He is much more honest about things than an atheist who works hard to fight against any idea that God exists. If God exists then the atheist is liable to live according to God’s laws so therefore it is easier to just deny there is a God so they falsely imagine they have no requirement of living up to God’s laws. This is about as stupid as a small child covering their own eyes and falsely supposing no one can see them. But the atheists are just living in self-deception and that nonsense does not change the fact that God exists and that God holds mankind accountable to live according to his righteous laws. Elon is smarter than atheists for this reason because he knows that here has to be a Creator that made everything. The real problem with all atheists is that they have forgotten God and only pretend he does not exist so that they have freedom in their own minds to live in godless manner.
