Below is as small sampling of only 21-related Korean manufacturing videos. The purpose of showing these videos here it so illustrate that South Korea has all of the manufacturing systems already in place to make almost any type of product imaginable! There is no need to “reinvent the wheel” when we can reproduce the exact same production systems under franchise agreement together with existing Korean companies. Korean Concrete Materials Manufacturing

Concrete is the building block of all civilization on earth. With concrete, all types of infrastructure can be built (including buildings and bridges and tunnels). It is our goal to establish our own cement processing and concrete mixing facilities on site so that we can have all of the concrete and concrete related products needed for the expansion of our system. Concrete is a foundational building material essential to almost all infrastructure that we can build.

Korean Manufacturing Process for High Strength Concrete Box

These prestressed concrete boxes are used as culverts in road construction but the same principle applies to making the concrete prestressed components that make-up our “Family Production Unit” which will be installed within horizontal underground tunnels. All of this Korean construction technology can be utilized for building our underground living system in Siberia.

Korean Steel Bar Manufacturing

It is a top priority to establish manufacturing systems that can produce needed construction materials (such as deformed steel bars). The video above shows the Korean manufacturing process for making steel “rebars” used in “reinforced” concrete construction. This building material has essential to building infrastructure because it is needed to build all of our underground facilities. This is a system that will work perfectly for our underground living system. It is capable of producing food year-round regardless of surface environmental conditions. Even the harsh outside temperatures of Siberia have no effect upon growing food within our underground secure system using this technology.
