Merit-Based Promotion

Merit-based promotion simply means that men will be promoted based upon “merit” (what they can do) rather than on any of the “liberal criteria” which promotes people based solely on “skin color” or “gender” or “sexual orientation.”

Reversed Upward Social Mobility

Ecclesiastes 10:7 (NLT)
7 I have even seen servants riding horseback like princes—and princes walking like servants!

This scripture above can be aptly applied to “reversed” upward social mobility, when a servant (those who have no leadership ability) are being promoted into leadership positions and princes (those who have intelligence and talent and leadership qualities) who are demoted or removed from key leadership roles.

Nothing illustrates this better than what is currently happening in the U.S.A. where liberals have taken over essential leadership positions in business and education as well as in key political offices. This all started when western women were given the right to vote and then they used this right to vote people into office (not based upon merit) but rather based on their status as a minority. If they have skin color they are promoted over whites. If they are women then they are promoted over men. If they are homosexual, they are promoted over those who are straight. The results of these liberal “upside-down” promotional standards is to promote the most “worthless” people into key leadership positions throughout the land.

Go Woke and Go Broke

There is now an expression in western liberal controlled nations that says, “Go Woke and Go Broke” which describes how major corporations permitted liberal promotional standards to crash their companies. The Disney entertainment company is promoting homosexuals and has experienced a “mass-exodus” of customers who are appalled that this entertainment company no longer makes moral content for children but rather perverse. The Bud-Lite brand of beer is another example, as they hired a transvestite (a homosexual man wearing a woman’s dress) as a model to advertise this newly branded queer-beer. This was a result of women gaining access to leadership positions within these companies and then they began promoting people based solely upon “sexual orientation” rather than on talent. The results were catastrophic as the sales of these products plummeted so rapidly that these products cannot even be given away for free because consumers want nothing to do with the perverse “sodomite” brand association whatsoever! Again, these are a only a few examples of how western women in leadership positions destroy companies and educational institutions and political offices because these women in leadership positions make decisions to promote people based only on perverse liberal standards of equality-for-all. Perverse Liberal Standards of Promotion

These “perverse” liberal standards of promotion are the reason that the U.S. now has the highest number of imbeciles occupying important leadership positions in business and education as well as in key political offices (which are responsible for making important decisions that affect the nation). There are even liberal idiots who occupy the “presidencies” of major universities where they have reduced education to the level of only promoting “liberalism” and “gender-ideology” rather than teaching students any useful skills needed for securing employment after graduation. Dr. Jordan Peterson saw what was happening in the liberal-controlled universities and is now working on creating an online university utilizing the most qualified professors. As an on-line school this avenue of education would cost 95% less than the perverse liberal schools which are run by the most unqualified “woke” people but can charge as much $200,000.00 USD for a degree. Today, there are once famous universities that now have “woke” leadership installed into every position because of the so-called “great strides” achieved by women pushing their “equality-for-all” agenda within every aspect of society.

Dr. Jordan Peterson is a clinical phycologist in Canada who is highly qualified and is an extremely intelligent (conservative) man who has helped millions of people worldwide. But the liberal Canadian government is run by women and beta-male eunuchs and they do not like the truthful conservative views of Dr. Peterson who openly exposed the failure of their liberal-controlled educational system. The video above shows how hurt and wounded Dr. Jordan Peterson is that his own country (now controlled by liberals) wants to take away his clinical license which would forbid him from practicing ever again and threaten him with prison if he should continue as a conservative professor and teacher. The liberals under Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau said that Jordan Peterson must be “reeducated” by liberals for the rest of his life or lose his license. They want to cancel the most powerful conservative voice of truth who reaches millions worldwide and turn him into a liberal. They will probably assign some “sodomite-woke-liberal” to be Jordan’s instructor and force him to endure liberal indoctrination at the hands of ignorant and perverse liberals who were promoted only based on their sexual orientation or gender.

Perfect Example of Reversed Upward Social Mobility

I post this video link above because it is a perfect illustration of “Reversed Upward Social Mobility” where fools and idiots are promoted to leadership positions and highly intelligent men (like Dr. Jordan Peterson) are demoted and removed from his position as being a professor and is forbidden to speak publicly unless he adopts their perverse liberal views. Jordan is forced to comply with the demands of his persecutors who are jealous of his great popularity and want to silence his conservative voice of reason and truth.

Again, the scripture above describes “Reversed Upward Social Mobility” thousands of years before the liberal insanity took over western nations such as Canada, U.S.A., Australia, New Zealand, and most of the European Union (except a few countries like Poland or Hungary). This scripture speaks of having “base” and “ignorant” people being promoted into leadership positions while the most intelligent and qualified people being demoted. So, it is like having servants riding on horseback while princes are forced to walk on the ground like servants. The promotion of idiots is a result of women voting into office unqualified people and then these elected women and beta male liberals use their newfound authority to promote into leadership anyone that they see as a minority. So, they move people into leadership based only on “skin color” and “gender” and “sexual orientation” rather than upon qualifications or intelligence. This is why the west now has the highest number of “imbeciles” occupying key leadership positions throughout the western nations.

These western nations were once promoted by God by following biblical precedents but now they are fallen away from God and have been taken over by liberals who have rejected God’s word and have abandoned God’s laws and thus they have made themselves into fools.

Abandoned to a “Reprobate” or a “Foolish” Mind

Romans 1:28–32 (NLT)
“28 Since they thought it foolish to acknowledge God, he abandoned them to their foolish thinking and let them do things that should never be done.
29 Their lives became full of every kind of wickedness, sin, greed, hate, envy, murder, quarreling, deception, malicious behavior, and gossip.
30 They are backstabbers, haters of God, insolent, proud, and boastful. They invent new ways of sinning, and they disobey their parents.
31 They refuse to understand, break their promises, are heartless, and have no mercy.
32 They know God’s justice requires that those who do these things deserve to die, yet they do them anyway. Worse yet, they encourage others to do them, too.

When the western nations forsook their conservative biblical Judeo/Christian culture and embraced “godless liberalism” instead, then they forsook the source of all wisdom (who is God). It is because these liberals thought it was foolish to acknowledge God and foolish to acknowledge God’s ways, that God abandoned them over to their own foolish thinking. They became so totally perverse as to behave as if they are totally insane. Today liberals spout off nonsense that there are many genders (not just male and female) as God has said. This is just one example of how insane godless liberals have become perverse in every way imaginable. They are totally unfit for any leadership positions because every decision they make only leads toward the utter demise of the nations which they are leading.

God’s Word is the Source of All Wisdom

Psalm 119:97–104 (ESV)
97 Oh how I love your law! It is my meditation all the day.
98 Your commandment makes me wiser than my enemies, for it is ever with me.
99 I have more understanding than all my teachers, for your testimonies are my meditation.
100 I understand more than the aged, for I keep your precepts.
101 I hold back my feet from every evil way, in order to keep your word.
102 I do not turn aside from your rules, for you have taught me.
103 How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!
104 Through your precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way.

David was just a shepherd boy without any formal education but he could read and write Hebrew and he was able to study the Jewish Torah which was given by God to Moses on Mount Sinai in Arabia. David said that the meditation of God’s word made him wiser than his enemies. He had more understanding than his teachers because he meditated on God’s word. Even as a young man, David had more understanding than the aged who lived longer than he did. David did not turn aside from God’s rules (except in the occasion of Uriah). Other than this one failure, David was overall one who followed God’s words and God promoted him and gave him wisdom to deal wisely in the affairs of life. It was through these precepts of God that David gained understanding and become a great and wise King within Israel’s national history.

It is no wonder that liberals have become completely insane (even arrogantly looking down upon those who say there are only two genders of male and female) because they suppose they are so wise (while not even knowing they are complete fools). Even a child knows there is a difference between his mother and his father. But yet liberals do not know how many genders there are! Again, this is a prime example of being fools whose minds are totally reprobate and dark and void of the light of God’s wisdom. Such people are not qualified for leadership but instead they are seizing all leadership positions and removing from office anyone (like Jordan Peterson who are conservative and who believes in biblical principles).

Perverse Society Promoting Fools and Demoting Wise

Once again, we return to our theme scriptures that were written thousands of years before any of these western nations existed. But already back in the time of King Solomon it was stated that he saw servants riding on horseback like princes and princes walking on the ground like servants. This describes “reversed” social mobility of promoting fools and then demoting wise men.

Joseph Promoted in Egypt

Joseph was promoted in Egypt to “second-in command” over the entire nation. The Pharoah who existed in the time of Joseph had “to his credit” the ability to perceive a quality man when he saw one. Joseph was sold as a slave in Egypt and then put into prison unjustly but he was a Hebrew and worshipped the God of Israel and meditated on the words of God that were taught to him in his childhood by his father Jacob. Joseph showed himself to be a great man even when he was a slave and also displayed his greatness as a prisoner. Joseph was soon promoted in both situations because he displayed the wisdom of God for administration.

You Cannot Keep a Great Man Down

Genesis 39:1–6 (NASB95)
1 Now Joseph had been taken down to Egypt; and Potiphar, an Egyptian officer of Pharaoh, the captain of the bodyguard, bought him from the Ishmaelites, who had taken him down there.
2 The LORD was with Joseph, so he became a successful man. And he was in the house of his master, the Egyptian.
3 Now his master saw that the LORD was with him and how the LORD caused all that he did to prosper in his hand.
4 So Joseph found favor in his sight and became his personal servant; and he made him overseer over his house, and all that he owned he put in his charge.
5 It came about that from the time he made him overseer in his house and over all that he owned, the LORD blessed the Egyptian’s house on account of Joseph; thus the LORD’S blessing was upon all that he owned, in the house and in the field.
6 So he left everything he owned in Joseph’s charge; and with him there he did not concern himself with anything except the food which he ate. Now Joseph was handsome in form and appearance.

Joseph Promoted as a Slave

Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers but he carried greatness within himself from his Jewish training and the Hebrew scriptures which he had memorized as a youth. This gave Joseph wisdom just as King David also meditated on God’s word and became a wise king that caused his nation to prosper. Joseph was successful in all that he did and had favor with his master and Joseph was promoted within the household of his master. Joseph was promoted to the highest level within that household.

So, in the beginning, Joseph was in the position of a slave but he distinguished himself by his wisdom and talent and quickly rose to the top and was promoted based on his “merit” and his ability and his godly wisdom to govern as an administrator. Joseph could see how his present actions would produce a positive result in the future. The bible teaches the principle of “seedtime and harvest” which means if you want to eat apples then you have to have the wisdom and foresight to plant apple trees in the present so you can have apples to eat in the future. The same principle applies to every area of life because a wise man who meditates on God’s word will perceive how his actions in the present time will have positive results in the future.

Joseph Promoted as a Prisoner

Genesis 39:20–23 (NASB95)
20 So Joseph’s master took him and put him into the jail, the place where the king’s prisoners were confined; and he was there in the jail.
21 But the LORD was with Joseph and extended kindness to him, and gave him favor in the sight of the chief jailer.
22 The chief jailer committed to Joseph’s charge all the prisoners who were in the jail; so that whatever was done there, he was responsible for it.
23 The chief jailer did not supervise anything under Joseph’s charge because the LORD was with him; and whatever he did, the LORD made to prosper.

Then Joseph was thrown into prison because of being falsely accused by the wicked wife of his master. But Joseph did not just languish in self-pity but sought for ways to serve in the prison. Soon the prison warden promoted Joseph within the prison so that whatever was done in the prison, Joseph was responsible for it. Joseph again promoted due to his excellent spirit and his good character and because of the wisdom which he displayed to administrate and manage things in wise manner. Again, it should be noted that no one can keep a good man down because if he has the wisdom and ability of God within himself then he will always be promoted to a better position and achieve a place of authority.

Joseph was promoted to the highest position as a slave and then he was promoted to the highest position as a prisoner because he had wisdom and ability from God to serve as an administrator.

Joseph Promoted Over a Nation

Genesis 41:14–32 (NASB95)
14 Then Pharaoh sent and called for Joseph, and they hurriedly brought him out of the dungeon; and when he had shaved himself and changed his clothes, he came to Pharaoh.
15 Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I have had a dream, but no one can interpret it; and I have heard it said about you, that when you hear a dream you can interpret it.”
16 Joseph then answered Pharaoh, saying, “It is not in me; God will give Pharaoh a favorable answer.”
17 So Pharaoh spoke to Joseph, “In my dream, behold, I was standing on the bank of the Nile;
18 and behold, seven cows, fat and sleek came up out of the Nile, and they grazed in the marsh grass.
19 “Lo, seven other cows came up after them, poor and very ugly and gaunt, such as I had never seen for ugliness in all the land of Egypt;
20 and the lean and ugly cows ate up the first seven fat cows.
21 “Yet when they had devoured them, it could not be detected that they had devoured them, for they were just as ugly as before. Then I awoke.
22 “I saw also in my dream, and behold, seven ears, full and good, came up on a single stalk;
23 and lo, seven ears, withered, thin, and scorched by the east wind, sprouted up after them;
24 and the thin ears swallowed the seven good ears. Then I told it to the magicians, but there was no one who could explain it to me.”
25 Now Joseph said to Pharaoh, “Pharaoh’s dreams are one and the same; God has told to Pharaoh what He is about to do.
26 “The seven good cows are seven years; and the seven good ears are seven years; the dreams are one and the same.
27 “The seven lean and ugly cows that came up after them are seven years, and the seven thin ears scorched by the east wind will be seven years of famine.
28 “It is as I have spoken to Pharaoh: God has shown to Pharaoh what He is about to do.
29 “Behold, seven years of great abundance are coming in all the land of Egypt;
30 and after them seven years of famine will come, and all the abundance will be forgotten in the land of Egypt, and the famine will ravage the land.
31 “So the abundance will be unknown in the land because of that subsequent famine; for it will be very severe.
32 “Now as for the repeating of the dream to Pharaoh twice, it means that the matter is determined by God, and God will quickly bring it about.

When Pharoah had a dream that no one was able to interpret, it was told him that there was a young Hebrew man in prison who could interpret dreams accurately. Therefore, Pharoah sent and had Joseph brought out of prison and presented his dreams to Joseph. Joseph was able to immediately interpret the dreams and told Pharoah that God had determined to bring about a seven-year famine that would follow a period of seven-years of abundance.

Giving Wise Counsel

Genesis 41:33–36 (NASB95)
33 “Now let Pharaoh look for a man discerning and wise, and set him over the land of Egypt.
34 “Let Pharaoh take action to appoint overseers in charge of the land, and let him exact a fifth of the produce of the land of Egypt in the seven years of abundance.
35 “Then let them gather all the food of these good years that are coming, and store up the grain for food in the cities under Pharaoh’s authority, and let them guard it.
36 “Let the food become as a reserve for the land for the seven years of famine which will occur in the land of Egypt, so that the land will not perish during the famine.”

Joseph immediately provided a solution to the coming dilemma and answered with wisdom and advised Pharoah to appoint overseers over the land to collect the surplus grain produced and store it under guard so this stored grain would become a provision for the coming years of famine. This advice was given based on Joseph’s Hebrew wisdom because the scriptures teach the principle of “seedtime and harvest” and this is the basis of “Jewish foresight” that comes from meditation of God’s word. Joseph immediately knew what had to be done in order to save the nation from utter ruination and how to divert starvation.

Great Upward Social Mobility Realized

Genesis 41:37–44 (NASB95)
37 Now the proposal seemed good to Pharaoh and to all his servants.
38 Then Pharaoh said to his servants, “Can we find a man like this, in whom is a divine spirit?”
39 So Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Since God has informed you of all this, there is no one so discerning and wise as you are.
40 “You shall be over my house, and according to your command all my people shall do homage; only in the throne I will be greater than you.”
41 Pharaoh said to Joseph, “See, I have set you over all the land of Egypt.”
42 Then Pharaoh took off his signet ring from his hand and put it on Joseph’s hand, and clothed him in garments of fine linen and put the gold necklace around his neck.
43 He had him ride in his second chariot; and they proclaimed before him, “Bow the knee!” And he set him over all the land of Egypt.
44 Moreover, Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Though I am Pharaoh, yet without your permission no one shall raise his hand or foot in all the land of Egypt.”

Joseph may have started off as a slave and then as a prisoner but he did not remain in those humble beginnings. It was because Joseph had the wisdom of God’s word within his heart that he always distinguished himself as a wise man of noble character. This is what caused Joseph to be promoted out of slavery and then caused him to be promoted out of the prison.

Much to the good credit of this Pharoah, this king recognized the noble character and good wisdom of Joseph and promoted Joseph to the highest position in the land. Joseph was given authority over everyone in Egypt and was placed in a position of “second-in-command” under Pharoah himself. Now Joseph had both the “authority” and the “resources” needed to implement his plan on a nationwide scale.

This is an example of how we will also promote men within our own organization because they will be promoted based on “merit” (or ability) rather than on any of the perverse liberal criteria. Liberalism is based on “feminine-thinking” which seeks only to promote minorities in order to force “equality-for-all” (as women in leadership within western nations always do). Joseph Utilized Both Authority and Provision to Save the Nation

Genesis 41:46–49 (NASB95)
46 Now Joseph was thirty years old when he stood before Pharaoh, king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from the presence of Pharaoh and went through all the land of Egypt.
47 During the seven years of plenty the land brought forth abundantly.
48 So he gathered all the food of these seven years which occurred in the land of Egypt and placed the food in the cities; he placed in every city the food from its own surrounding fields.
49 Thus Joseph stored up grain in great abundance like the sand of the sea, until he stopped measuring it, for it was beyond measure.

So Joseph rose to the top and experienced great social mobility and received both the needed “authority” and the needed “provision” for him to implement his plan of storing grain for the coming famine. His wisdom was displayed in how he gathered up grain during the seven years of abundance. Joseph also stored the food within the cities located near where the grain was harvested. In this manner, they did not have to haul the grain a far distance to a large centralized storage structure but instead stored it in the cities locally. Then when it was time to feed the people, it would be easy to open the grain storage places and feed the people locally. This prevented long food-lines of people waiting to be fed (if the entire nation had to go to a centralized grain storage place to receive food). [It should be noted that in modern times, deep pits were discovered in Egypt by archaeologists that are thought to have been built for grain storage in the time of Joseph]. So, God had given Joseph the wisdom about how to store the grain for the famine and he did it in the best way so that it was stored locally and distributed locally to save much time in both hauling and later distributing the grain.

The Most Qualified Man for the Job

Joseph was promoted to administrator over the entire nation of Egypt because he had proven himself as both a slave and a prisoner (when he displayed the wisdom of God for administration). Joseph was the most qualified for the job and Pharoah recognized this and immediately granted Joseph full authority and the resources needed to get the job done. Joseph was advanced on “merit-based” promotion only because of his “ability” and because of “what he could do” which determined his level of promotion.

Proverbs 18:16 (NASB95)
16 A man’s gift makes room for him and brings him before great men.

This scripture says that a man’s gift makes room for him and brings him before great men. This is true also of Joseph who had a gift for interpreting dreams and a gift for natural administration. It was these gifts that opened the door for Joseph to stand before the king of Egypt. It was his gifts and abilities that caused Joseph to be promoted to the position of “second-in-command” over all of Egypt. It was the “God-given” gifts within Joseph that caused him to be promoted and brought him before the King of Egypt.

Promotion Based Upon Gifts and Ability

Promotion should be based on what a man can do rather than on perverse “liberals standards” of promotion based only on being a minority and based on the liberal criteria of skin color and gender and sexual orientation. I say all of this because those who are promoted within our organization will be men who are gifted (like Joseph was gifted) and they will be promoted solely based on their ability and what they can do.

Biblical Standards of Men Only in Leadership Positions

1 Timothy 2:12–14 (NASB95)
12 But I do not allow a woman to teach or exercise authority over a man, but to remain quiet.
13 For it was Adam who was first created, and then Eve.
14 And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.

According to biblical standards, a woman is not permitted to teach or exercise authority over a man. To assume the role of a teacher over a man means that she has placed herself over a man and he is subordinate to her (as a student) since the teacher is always greater than the student.

Matthew 10:24 (NASB95)
24 “A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a slave above his master.

Jesus said clearly that a disciple (student) is not above his teacher so it is not proper that a woman should occupy a position of leadership over a man in any capacity whatsoever because this is against biblical precedent. Therefore, the habit of promoting women over men into leadership positions in western nations is perverse and something that creates great “disorder” according to biblical precedent because such practices break God’s divine order in every way.

Genesis 2:18 (NASB95)
18 Then the LORD God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him.”

First God created the man and then God created the woman to be a helper who was suitable for him. Everything that was feminine within Adam was removed and placed into the woman. This means that men have a void within inside that can only be fulfilled by a woman in marriage. When they are joined to a wife in marriage then they become “one-complete” person together. All-Male Leadership

It is for this reason that we will have an “All-Male Leadership” policy. This means that only qualified men will occupy leadership positions. We do not follow the ways of the fallen western liberal nations who promote women into leadership. It is these women who then created “perverse liberalism” as they seek to promote feminine “equality-for-all” regardless of what God’s word (the bible) says. In western nations they even tried to alter the bible to insert women into leadership positions even inventing a new term called “deaconesses” in feminine form to justify having women in leadership positions in the church. But the fact remains that a deacon is solely an office for men because the requirement is that a deacon be the husband of only one-wife. A woman cannot be a husband so it is impossible for a woman to occupy the office of deacon or to occupy any of the fivefold ministry offices (which are all exclusively for men). When the truth of the bible contradicts what the western women want to believe then they will typically try to alter the bible to suit their own purposes. Inserting something foreign into the bible such as the word “Deaconesses” is like cutting stones to fit in order to suit human designs and plans. All problems with the western nations today can be traced to how they altered and even abandoned the word of God in order to promote gender equality. Women are easily deceived and so they promoted unbiblical things and pushed their feminine “equality-for-all” until it became complete insanity. It is now time to build a new society which is established upon the principles of God’s word and is not altered in order to suit the views of liberal feminists. God requires that people submit themselves to God’s word rather than altering the word to suit their own purposes.

1 Peter 3:1–2 (NASB95)
1 In the same way, you wives, be submissive to your own husbands so that even if any of them are disobedient to the word, they may be won without a word by the behavior of their wives,
2 as they observe your chaste and respectful behavior.

Women are to submit to their own male authority with wives being submitted to their own husbands and daughters kept under submission to their fathers (until they are married). This same principle applies to all society because it is not proper that any woman should exercise authority over a man. This means women are not to occupy leadership positions within society because it is not permitted for them to teach or have authority over men. God intended that men become the sole leaders of society and women are to submit to their men because all women were created by God to be a helper to men. Anything that goes against this biblical precedent is perverse and creates “disorder” just as the fallen western nations are completely filled with disorder caused by the leadership and control of women who have gone completely insane in almost every way.

It is for this reason that we place only men within leadership positions and these men are promoted based upon their gifts and talents (just as Joseph was promoted). Promotion is to be based upon what a man can do and not any of the perverse standards of promotion used by western women to force equality for (all regardless of what the bible says).

The bible is the word of God and when the principles of the bible are followed then it brings order and peace and prosperity to any nation. This is how western nations rose up first rose up to great prosperity by following Judeo/Christian culture which is based upon the bible. When these same western nations forsook the bible and allowed women to rule, then they met their utter demise and are now headed toward complete ruination as seen today.

It is for this reason we must build a new society from the ground up and establish it upon the principles of God’s word. Leaving God’s word causes disorder and anarchy and destruction to any civilization. All past extinct civilizations were those which abandoned the commandments of God and fell into moral decay and were destroyed as a result of judgment for sin. Sin is anything that breaks God’s biblical commands (including women refusing to submit to male authority and pushing their perverse “gender-equality” regardless of what the bible says).
